Dr. Christopher Gordon, DDS, is a restorative, implant, and family dentist at Espire Dental Roxborough, serving adults and children across Roxborough, Littleton, Ken Caryl, and nearby southwest Denver communities. A third-generation dentist, Dr. Gordon brings family dental legacy, head and neck cancer research experience, and a prevention-first approach to comprehensive care.

His clinical focus includes restorative dentistry, dental implants, preventive exams, children’s dental visits, tooth-colored fillings, dental crowns, dental bridges, periodontal screenings, oral health-focused treatment planning, and comprehensive dental care for the whole family. Dr. Gordon also values collaborative treatment planning, especially for patients whose care involves orthodontics, bite alignment, restorative dentistry, and long-term function. With an orthodontist in the same building, he has built a strong professional relationship with Dr. Trevor and is sharing more interdisciplinary cases to help patients receive coordinated care.

Education and training

Dentistry runs in Dr. Gordon’s family. He followed in the footsteps of his father and grandfather by pursuing a career in dental care and earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry.

While at the University of Michigan, Dr. Gordon helped author two research papers involving head and neck cancer. That research background reflects his broader interest in health, prevention, and the connection between oral health and overall well-being.

Dr. Gordon has started the Kois Center curriculum, a respected post-graduate program focused on evidence-based restorative dentistry, occlusion, diagnosis, and comprehensive treatment planning. He has also taken the Implant MaxiCourse through the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID), strengthening his training in dental implant planning and implant dentistry.

Why dentistry

Dr. Gordon grew up around dentistry, but his reason for practicing is deeply tied to how patients feel before, during, and after care. He understands that dentistry is scary or uncomfortable for many people, and he takes that responsibility seriously. Creating an environment where patients feel less afraid, more comfortable, and more willing to return is one of the most meaningful parts of his work. Outside the office

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Gordon enjoys DJing and mixing house music. He also loves Colorado’s outdoor lifestyle, including hiking, camping, skiing, and climbing 14ers.

At home, he shares his partner’s love for animals. His partner is a veterinarian, and together they have three cats, Micetro, Tchaicatsky, and Beanthoven, and two dogs, all rescues. Micetro has even joined him on camping trips, and Dr. Gordon is known to walk his cats around the neighborhood.
