Meet Dr. Andrew Waring, a skilled and kindhearted dentist who has been proudly serving the Casper community for over a decade! Dr. Waring holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wyoming (Go Cowboys!) and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine. He is committed to staying up to date on the latest techniques and technology through dental meetings, seminars, and lectures.

At Espire Dental in Casper, Dr. Waring strives to provide exceptional dental care with a focus on building relationships and trust with his patients. For him, dentistry is more than just working on teeth – it’s about connecting with people and making a positive impact on their lives. With a warm and welcoming approach, he takes the time to understand his patients’ needs and desires, providing them with the highest level of care and attention. Outside of the office, Dr. Waring enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and working out. He is an avid reader and loves learning new things. Dr. Waring is a Wyoming native and enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, Dr. Jessi Waring, and their two daughters, Madyn and Maeson. Dr. Larissa Tolley is the “creative” dentist with a heart of gold! She loves to organize, make digital scrapbooks, and is not-so-secretly addicted to Shutterfly. Born just south of the border in Colorado, Dr. Larissa attended undergrad at Colorado College before receiving her dental degree at the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine. Here, she received the “Outstanding Achievement in Operative Dentistry” award and the “Advanced Clinical Training and Service Program” award—the latter of which is presented to the senior dental student demonstrating outstanding commitment to underserved people in the community.

After completing a General Practice Residency Certificate at the VA Hospital in Denver, Dr. Larissa moved north to Wyoming with her high school sweetheart and planted roots right here in Casper! Since then, she has helped hundreds of patients receive the smile they deserve through clear aligners, crowns, partials and dentures, and several other specialized treatments. She is passionate about giving patients a personalized experience that improves their confidence and makes them proud to smile. To Dr. Larissa, being a dentist is the BEST career she could have because she gets to be an artist, detective, scientist, doctor, engineer, counselor, and cheerleader for her patients. Fun tidbit – she loves miniatures, and loves working on teeth because of the small, intricate details!

Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. In the winter, they love to downhill ski, watch movies, and play board games. In the summer, it’s on! You can find them traveling, camping, and hiking the tallest mountains. Fun fact—they have climbed The Grand Teton, Devils Tower, and Mt. Moran, and have completed 29 of Colorado’s 14’ers.
